Bask Bank set out to challenge the mileage program status quo by rewarding customers for saving, instead of spending. In the course of 6 months, in collaboration with Mckinsey, R/GA, and H+K, I led the launch of their email/sms marketing program from scratch on a modern tech stack (SFMC, mParticle, Amplitude) in a fast paced agile approach to beat targeted year 1 projections by 3000%.
