Chili's

I led Creative & Production for Chili's for 3 years, delviering record growth of the their CRM program - both customer acquisition and revenue from email - driving on average of 20-25% daily foot traffic to each location tracked via coupon redemption. Highlights included a Salesforce migration, launching QR codes via email, implementation of the first table-top interactive screen experience with the Ziosk, and transitioning the program from coupon delivery to a points based loyalty system. Our strategy & tactics and techniques were quickly copied across the restauranut email landscape. Many of my innovations around email templates and production process were developed during this period, as were were delivering 6 persona driven creatives 3-4 times a week with a small team.
