I led the Creative & Production teams for Airbnb's email program for 3 years, working in sync with the internal Growth, CRM, and Design/UX teams. We worked through "the big rebrand", 2 design system iterations, and an ESP migration from (Responsys > SFMC), expanded the Host email program to 17 international markets (and won a few awards while we were at).
